One of our key areas of focus is innovation; the team ensures we keep ahead of the latest trends meaning we are able to offer clients the very latest in innovative furniture for events. With over a 150,000 items of stock, we have depth and breadth of products available to suit any requirement. For custom needs, we manufacture our own range of bespoke furniture in-house, and can match specific colours to any Pantone reference.
Though Creative is a relatively new player in the industry, there are no doubts about our expertise. With 32 full-time employees and a team with over 400 years of combined exhibition experience, we have the training, industry knowledge and passion to deliver exceptional standards of service to our clients. Quality and professionalism are priorities across everything we do; this is reflected in the high standard of furniture that we store, prepare and deliver to all our events. And it is also reflected in the continual growth of our client base; we have been appointed to service a number of high profile events, including the Farnborough Air Show, Formula E and the Southampton Boat Show.
Our Sales team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to offer ideas, advice or information on orders and pricing.
Creative Hire are members of ESSA (Event Supplier and Services Association), a trade body representing the very best suppliers of goods and services to the events industry. We are the approved contractor for creating solutions for a large number of events and exhibitions organisers across UK and Europe and we work alongside the leading exhibition bodies.

Wes started Creative Hire over 8 years ago with the sole aim of providing choice and service that is second to none. Wes studied art at university, this passion now flows through to every aspect of his work. When family commitments allow, he loves a round of golf and considers himself a budding Nick Faldo.

Debbie Gerrard
Operations Administrator

Debbie is the latest member to join Creative Hire and brings with her 41 years of exhibition experience.
When she is not at work she likes nothing more than spending time with family & friends and entertaining with nice food and a good bottle of wine…..or two! Not everyone will know but she is also an Aston Villa FC fan.

Dave Weaver
Operations Manager

Dave has been a long-serving member of the Creative Hire team and has been here from day one. He has 30+ years of experience in the Events and Exhibition Industry. What Dave doesn’t know about events isn’t worth knowing. Dave’s passion is anything to do with sport but his main love is football and cricket.

Ray Rahman
Operations Leader

Ray has been with the company for 5 years and brings with him 18 year’s experience from the exhibition industry. Whilst not at work Ray loves spending time with the kids but not the wife! ( hopefully she is not reading this) He is crazy about all sports and is also a fitness fanatic.

Kerry Gilbert
Office Manager

Kerry has worked for Creative Hire for 5 years and is valuable link between the office and the team on the ground, but also has an input in most things Creative. When not busy sorting furniture, Kerry’s hobby is interior design, which comes in very handy when we are looking for inspiration for new products.

Steve Henry
Transport and Facilities Manager

Steve has worked in the event industry for 25+ years and looks after all vehicle movements. Steve is responsible for making sure we comply with the laws and legislation that govern our transport and movements. His passion outside of work, is Ice Hockey.

Chris McCormack
Sales Manager

Chris has been involved in the event industry for 8 years. Chris prides himself on his customer service and is available 24/7 (feel free to put this to the test 07971 568261)
Outside of work, he is a father of 3 girls and a love of Birmingham City, but please don’t hold that against him!

Jamie Weaver
Team Leader and Stock Control

Jamie has worked for Creative Hire since the start and has a massive amount of knowledge of all things furniture. When he gets 5 minutes, he likes to cook and makes a mean tomato and parmesan bread.
