Wes Britton
CEO

Wes started Creative Hire over 8 years ago with the sole aim of providing choice and service that is second to none. Wes studied art at university, this passion now flows through to every aspect of his work. When family commitments allow, he loves a round of golf and considers himself a budding Nick Faldo.

Adam Aston
CBO

Adam Aston brings with him 15 years’ experience within the exhibition and events industry. He enjoys travelling the world, time in the gym and always overly concerned by his appearance. Adam prides himself on his dance moves you will often see him attempting to cut shapes on the dancefloor.

Rob Hodgkiss
COO

Rob has been involved in the expo industry for the past 8 years and part of the Creative Hire family for 2 ½ years. Our Chief operating officer is partial to a Ferrari track day and loves travelling the world.

Dave Weaver
Operations Manager

Dave has been a long-serving member of the Creative Hire team and has been here from day one. He has 30+ years of experience in the Events and Exhibition Industry. What Dave doesn’t know about events isn’t worth knowing. Dave’s passion is anything to do with sport but his main love is football and cricket.

Jamie Weaver
Team Leader and Stock Control

Jamie has worked for Creative Hire since the start and has a massive amount of knowledge of all things furniture. When he gets 5 minutes, he likes to cook and makes a mean tomato and parmesan bread.

Chris McCormack
Head of Account Management

Chris has been involved in the live events industry for 8 years. Chris prides himself on his customer service and is available 24/7 (feel free to put this to the test 07971 568261)
Outside of work, he is a father of 3 girls and a love of Birmingham City, but please don’t hold that against him!

Kerry Gilbert
Office Manager

Kerry has worked for Creative Hire for 5 years and is valuable link between the office and the team on the ground, but also has an input in most things Creative. When not busy sorting furniture, Kerry’s hobby is interior design, which comes in very handy when we are looking for inspiration for new products.

Emily Pepper
Sales Support Coordinator

Emily joined our ever expanding Creative family in October 2018. Her interests include fashion, travelling and spending time with her family. She also likes to call herself a gin connoisseur, with her main hobby being to drink it.

Steve Henry
Transport Manager

Steve has worked in the event industry for 25+ years and looks after all vehicle movements. Steve is responsible for making sure we comply with the laws and legislation that govern our transport and movements. His passion outside of work, is Ice Hockey.

Ray Rahman
Operations Leader

Ray has been with the company for 5 years and brings with him 18 year’s experience from the exhibition industry. Whilst not at work Ray loves spending time with the kids but not the wife!( hopefully she is not reading this) He is crazy about all sports and is also a fitness fanatic.

Holly Boxall
Sales Administrator

Holly has worked in the exhibition industry for 25 years. Following in both her parents footsteps, who also spend their working lives in the industry. Having had time out to spend with her two daughters and set up her own floristry business she found she couldn’t stay away and joined the team in September to continue her career here at Creative Hire.

lois furlow
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Lois has 15 years’ experience within the exhibition industry but early in 2018 she decided to fly the nest to take on a role as a PA. It didn’t take her long to realise she missed the industry and in February 2019 she joined Creative Hire.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with the family, drinking prosecco and keeping fit by kickboxing. She has a mean roundhouse kick so beware.

Marc Weaver
Site Manager

Many of you will already know Marc our onsite manager. With a vast 9 years experience within the exhibition industry there is not much Marc doesn’t know about the seamless delivery of furniture to shows. He is a stickler for detail and often seen pacing out steps onsite to ensure everything is in place. An avid Villa fan, Marc is also into his rock music and can be often found jumping up and down at a Greenday concert.

Georgia Toney
Operations / Sales Administrator

Georgia is new to the industry, her past roles were working in the retail industry. Georgia is a twin and owns a tortoise. When she’s not at work she is either running or at a concert!

Melissa Goodyear
Exhibitor Coordinatior

Melissa is new to the exhibition industry and has varied experience in previous roles. She loves dancing and has been Irish dancing from a young age. In her spare time she is spending it with her family or going out with her friends.
